Time seems to be a relative and always present thing. The passage of time represents the displacement of matter, the change of character (in fact, displacement), and the annihilation or creation. The view of sea have not changed from a decades ago, looking at it as if time didn't work for them.  Seems like ’time’ only works for human, we fall into the liner illusion cause by our perception and memory.
